Tamarai Privilege Card Terms & Conditions

     

    		  
     
    • Tamarai Privilege Cards are issued by and remains the property of Nightlife UK Limited having its registered office at
      167, Drury Lane, Covent Garden, London WC2B 5PG            
    • The Tamarai Privilege Card not a credit, debit or charge card.
    • The card is valid only at Tamarai.
    • The offers on this card cannot be clubbed with any other promotions/ offers.
    • The card is not transferable and can only be used by the cardholder whose signature is on the signature panel.
    • Only one card can be used per visit per table. The offers are valid for a maximum table size of 8 people.
    • Reservation of table is mandatory for cardholders to avail their offers. Right to admission is reserved.
    • The cardholder needs to present the card at Tamarai to avail any of the offers.
    • The card can be used only by cardholders who are over 21 years of age.
    • Inclusion or exclusion of all applicable taxes for purpose of computing the benefit/discount would be at the discretion of Tamarai.
    • The benefit/offer would be of the same value irrespective of whether mode of settlement of bill is cash/credit card or cheque.
    • Nightlife UK reserves the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the offers in whole or part at anytime, at its sole discretion.
    • The cardholder must sign on the reverse of the card as soon as it is received. Usage of the card by the cardholder indicates acceptance of all terms & conditions which are subject to revision time to time and also authorizes Tamarai to use enrollment data of the cardholder at it’s discretion for purpose of marketing and enhancement of the programme.
    • Nightlife UK reserves the right to refuse to issue the Tamarai Privilege card to an individual without assigning any reason whatsoever and may withdraw the card from a cardholder at any time.
    • Nightlife UK reserves the right to discontinue, cancel or terminate the Tamarai Privilege Card  programme at any time without assigning any reason and without giving any prior notice. The cardholder’s’ right to use the card will cease on the date the programme is discontinued/terminated.
    • Nightlife UK reserve the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change these Terms & Conditions or any rules related to the programme at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
    • Incase a card is lost or stolen, the cardholder should immediately inform via emailat reservations@tamarai.co.uk and a duplicate card will be issued to the cardholder. The delivery of the replacement card will take 15 days from the date of request.
    • We respect the privacy of our cardholders. However, in order to keep our cardholders apprised of their privileges and membership status, we may need to send them certain program information that may include printed or email marketing materials from Tamarai which will inform them of special offers and products we believe would be of interest to them and marketing materials from thirdparties that have a strategic marketing relationship with the Tamarai privilege programme. The information provided to us when enrolling is processed in our computer systems both in the country where this information has been collected and in our primary computer system in India. As a participant in Privilege programme, the cardholders have consented to receive all of the kinds of information described above. However, the cardholders will be given the opportunity to opt-out of mailings from such third parties and from e-mails from Tamarai.
